Background: Beth is the queen of the vampires and is based on the character of the same name in JR Ward's Black Dagger Brotherhood series of books. She is part human and didn't know her father was a vampire until she was about to go into her transition to vampire.  

Relationships:  Her father was Darius, who was killed before she knew him, but one of his last wishes was for Wrath to look out for her and make sure she transitioned to vampire. Wrath and Beth's story begins the series in Dark Lover. She is mated to Wrath, and has a son, LW. She also has a brother John Matthew, who is really her reincarnated father (Darius), although no one knows this fact. It is thought in the vampire world John Matthew is Beth's brother.
